Willmark Kashiihama is a new form of senior citizen apartment housing / assisted living, promoted by Fukuoka Jisho Senior Life Co., Ltd. Built in a residential section of the City of Fukuoka, the complex is characterized by its hotel-like interiors and substantial services.

ILYA was responsible for interior design supervision and the selection and procurement of furniture and fixtures on this project, and for their contribution to raising the quality of the facility overall, ILYA received the Owner’s Award.
